While the email address itself is not case sensitive, both the Username and the Password of the Incentive Goals Online Reporting system are case-sensitive. It is strongly recommended that you use CTDI email if available because 3rd party email providers (Such as GMAIL)may block emails from IGOR that may be needed in the future for password resets, reminders, etc.
If you are a Manager with responsibility for approving the Incentive Plans of your team, be sure to select 'YES' to the question "Do you approve Incentives for your team".
Once your registration is confirmed by clicking the link in the confirmation email, you are ready to login and begin using IGOR.
